Fitzsimons Village

Fitzsimons Village is a 32-acre mixed-use development located off East Colfax across from the Fitzsimons Life Science District and Anschutz Medical Campus – the nation's largest scientific and medical complex.  Fitzsimons Village will feature approximately 550,000 square feet of office space, 130,000 square feet of retail space, 380 hotel rooms and more than 850 residential units.
